{"id":508,"date":"2018-03-07T11:28:56","date_gmt":"2018-03-07T10:28:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/premio.noviasalcedo.es\/?page_id=508"},"modified":"2018-04-20T11:55:16","modified_gmt":"2018-04-20T10:55:16","slug":"a-instituciones-y-o-organizaciones","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/premio.noviasalcedo.es\/en\/convocatoria\/a-instituciones-y-o-organizaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"to Institutions and\/or Organisations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This prize is for institutions and\/or organisations whose purpose is to promote and develop the employability of young people within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals mentioned above.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The prize is for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>entrepreneurial projects.<\/li>\n<li>inclusion projects.<\/li>\n<li>programmes that combat discrimination.<\/li>\n<li>youth integration initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>professional careers dedicated to the integration of disadvantaged and\/or excluded groups.<\/li>\n<li>awareness-raising actions.<\/li>\n<li>awareness campaigns and communications.<\/li>\n<li>programmes that support youth integration.<\/li>\n<li>good practices that leave no-one behind, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ASSESSMENT CRITERIA\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Jury will base the pre-selection process and its final decision on the following criteria:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>One or more of these elements may be considered:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transparency (ease with which workers can access the information and knowledge about the organisation, the quality of the information shared, and their participation in preparing the information).<\/li>\n<li>How the organisation produces and structures new knowledge and involves the workers.<\/li>\n<li>Shared leadership (regarding goals, targets, strategies, indicators, and processes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SOUNDNESS OF THE PROPOSAL\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>One or more of these elements may be considered:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A consistent approach.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding actions leading to the professional integration of young people.<\/li>\n<li>Systems of participation and cooperation with stakeholders when designing and developing the proposal\/activity.<\/li>\n<li>Previous career and\/or acknowledgements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACTIVITY AND\/OR RESULTS INDICATORS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>One or more of these elements may be considered:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Key activity and\/or results indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Sustained and\/or growing trend over at least three years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INNOVATION\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>One or more of these elements may be considered:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level of response to the social need of youth employability.<\/li>\n<li>Impact on the local economy and\/or on the local social well-being.<\/li>\n<li>Degree of scalability, growth potential of the proposal.<\/li>\n<li>Innovative features of the proposal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1cSE2Ep56i2h_R6HeIrCu5dMp7b29jt6pv3fy5KIpKjg\/edit\"><strong>Application form for Prizes to Institutions and\/or Organisations<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This prize is for institutions and\/or organisations whose purpose is to promote and develop the employability of young people within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals mentioned above.
