The NoviaSalcedo Awards have a significant background in promoting employability. Do you think the Foundation is doing a good job in this regard?
The Foundation has clearly been doing a great job for a long time in a very consistent way.
Training and integrating young people is one of the requirements taken into account for an enterprise to be worthy of our awards. Do you think the prize will help the winner in the future?
The acknowledgement that the Award provides is clearly encouragement for the winning business to continue along the path they have already begun with more enthusiasm.
We have added a category that rewards the Public Administrations this year. Do you agree that public-private partnerships favour youth employment and integration policies?
Public-private collaboration has proven to be a very effective arrangement in various initiatives. I cannot think of a more appropriate context to promote the potential of this type of collaboration than in employment and youth integration policies.
Finally, why did you decide to accept the invitation to become a member of the jury of the Novia Salcedo Awards?
In my case, the invitation corresponds to the person who occupies the position of President of the Círculo de Empresarios (Business Association) and our organisation has been working with FNS for some time now. For me, it is a great honour to represent the CEV and to collaborate with the FNS.
